This Cookie Policy explains how Agentic Universe uses cookies and similar browser technologies on agenticuniverse.ai. “Cookies” here also covers local storage, session storage, pixels, scripts and comparable identifiers. Qultured Media Private Limited, trading as Agentic Universe, operates the Site.
2. Categories we use
Essential
These support requested features, security and preference storage. For example, ec_access is a signed, secure, HTTP-only access cookie for a verified Experience Centre session and generally expires after 8 hours. Temporary one-time-passcode challenges generally expire after about 10 minutes. A local preference may remember whether the Jarvis panel is collapsed. Cookie settings may be stored in au_cookie_preferences.
Analytics and experience
Where configured and permitted, Vercel Analytics measures traffic and performance, Google Analytics measures visits and events, and Microsoft Clarity provides interaction analytics such as heatmaps and session replay. These services can use cookies or similar identifiers. Clarity sessions may be tagged with campaign-attributed business contact information when a tracked email link contains that data.
Communications and embedded services
Opening a demo, voice, maps or linked third-party feature may cause that provider to receive technical request data or set its own storage. Their policies govern their technologies.

Exact names and lifetimes for third-party technologies can change as providers update their services. Browser developer tools can show technologies active for a particular visit.
4. Your choices
Use the “Cookie settings” button in the footer to save a choice on this browser. You can also block or delete cookies in browser settings and use provider opt-out tools. Blocking essential storage can prevent OTP access and other requested functions.
The preference centre records your choice. Some existing Site integrations may require a page reload or additional consent controls before a changed preference is fully applied. Until the Site confirms your preference has been enforced across a page, use browser blocking controls if you do not want optional analytics requests.
Global Privacy Control or similar browser signals will be considered where legally required and technically supported. We do not currently respond to every “Do Not Track” signal because there is no consistent industry standard.

Where local law requires consent for optional analytics, we seek consent before using them. In other contexts, we may rely on legitimate interests in understanding and securing the Site, subject to your rights.
